Rainy Days....and BIG news!

It's been raining...and raining...and raining....and what are Isaac and I to do in a situation like that?! Why, practice with our new 'studio' set-up of course :) Here are a few test-shots with our new backdrop...the little man wasn't too interested in cooperating...as noted by his lack of eye-contact in #1...and the "mama, what do you want from me?" expression in #2.

Now, on to the big news....the website is ALMOST here! We (and the design team) are working feverishly, round the clock (ok that may be an overstatement)....to get our site LIVE! So stay tuned...good things to come..we hope in the next two weeks!

Winter.....is here :(

It finally feels like winter...and not the good, fun, crisp 'put on a hat, scarf and go' kind of winter...but cold, windy, and wet winter. Yuck! SO, while munchkin and I are stuck in the house...we thought we'd cheer ourselves up by sharing a few photos with all of you that we both just love ;) ...

The next two are from our trip to LA over the holiday break...Justin's cousins...can't believe how grown up they are...

And i just had to share one more of Mr. J and his beautiful mama...makes me wish i had something like this when our munchkin was this size..(though our monster was never actually this size :) )

He's Here!

About a month and a half ago we did a maternity shoot for our friends J&J....and now....the little man is here! A month early, but happy and healthy and beautiful. He was only 3 wks old at the time of this shoot...and we even managed to get the littley guy to sleep! Major accomplishment :) I am still proofing these..but had to share a few...so as promised, J&J..here is a sneak peak...enjoy!

Hello All. We hope you had a lovely Holiday Season, whatever you may celebrate. Because all of our family and friends have, at this point, received their Holiday cards...we decided to post a few outakes from our photoshoot with the munchkin. It may look like it was nice and easy, but let me just tell you...this child would NOT HOLD STILL! Thank goodness his grandma was there to catch him when he tried to bolt :)

It's a Girl!

Today, J & I had so much fun photographing a tiny little 4 wk old. She was such a trooper through the whole ordeal...putting up with all of our crazy requests...such as..."put her in the basket, put her on her tummy, on her back, on her side, in your arms, feet out, etc..etc...etc.." BUT it was SO worth it because we got some awesome shots! O & A, here is a sneak peak at a few from today...hope you love them as much as we do...

Change of Pace

Well, Happy late Thanksgiving to you all! We hope it was filled with fun, family and lots and lots of yummy food. The holiday is over, the turkey is eaten...and now we are gearing up for Christmas, Chanukah, New Years...but most importantly.....................ISAAC'S BIRTHDAY! Can't believe he is almost one...seriously..can..not...believe it!!!

Anyway, over the weekend we went to our favorite little beach town, Capitala, CA...and wanted to share a few photos with you (change of pace from our usual portrait-type stuff)

And since it wouldn't be a good post without a few of our munchkin....here he is! He's discovered a new talent...and we see great concert halls in his future... :)
