Family and Turkeys - Kids and Family Bay Area Photography

Hey Blog Readers....as we all recover from a weekend of food, family and more food...J, Isaac and I all hope that you had a fabulous Turkey Day filled with friends, family...and fun.

We had lots of out-of-towners this wknd and it was so great seeing everyone! Isaac is so overwhelmed (in a good way) with all the festivities! AND, he even had his first piece of pumpkin pie (made by yours truly)...he loved it..of course.

Anyway, two of our guests this wknd were faces that you've seen on this blog before. They are our family from LA, J's cousins, our flower girls...and Isaac's aunts :)
Last yr we did a little mini-shoot with them for their Christmas Card. Well, apparently, the card was a big hit...and so we went for it again this yr!

Sisters...I always wished I had one (though i have the best big brother in the world)...Here they are!

Trying to make a 14 yr old smile is..how should I put this....a challenge. That's why I love love love this photo...so natural, just two sisters giggling :)




She looks so grown up here...we met when she was 8!!!! Beautiful!


And this munchkin...I just love her!


A little fall leaf tossing...it was fun! I love how they are totaly looking at the camera even though they just tossed up a huge bunch of leaves! America's Next Top Models i'd say...

Almost - Bay Area Family Photography

It's past 11pm...the boys are sound asleep, and i'm sitting here trying to finish up all our Holiday orders. Making awesome progress and i'm almost there! This year the time seems to be FLYING by...I can't believe it's almost Turkey Day.

Anyway, in need of a break, I thought I'd come on here and do a quicky blog post.

Just try not to Smile! - Bay Area Family Photography

J and I had the absolute best time this morning. We got to meet and photograph a beautiful family of 3...mom, dad and the sweetest little girl you will ever meet. She is almost 5 months old and was the most cooperative, smily little munchkin. Dare you not to smile when you're looking at her pictures :)...it's impossible! Not only was this an easy shoot, it was a ton of fun as well!

Family Joy - Bay Area Family Photography

Sometimes, I think I am so lucky to do what I do. This morning, I had the great pleasure of photographing this beautiful family. You may recognize the little munchkins from a few months ago (Isaac's gym class buddy).

Well, today we got the whole family! We met at Stanford (quickly becoming one of my favorite locations)....and I just loved hanging out with these guys...you can tell they are so in love with each other and so SO in love with their boys. Oh, not to mention they are all gorgeous...makes my job easy :)

Beautiful Girl - Bay Area Photography

YES! I finally got a chance to photograph a girl! Those of you that read this blog know that it's been boys boys and more boys around here. Well, this morning I met the cutest, sweetest little girly girl! Ms. C is almost 3 months old and her Mama decided it was about time to capture this amazing time. Ms. C's Mama wanted to surprise her hubby with some beautiful photos for Christmas. What a fabulous idea :)

C is full of personality already and has the most gorgeous blue eyes (and you guys know how much I love those blue eyes!) We've already arranged a date with her and Isaac (yes, i know...older man).

Today is the Day - Bay Area Children's Photography

Yes we did! We woke up early, grabbed our registration card and stomped on over to the voting booth. J and I did our part...while Isaac stacked up on "I Voted" stickers and charmed everyone around. And to show you how truly excited he was about being an American on such an amazing, historic day....here are a few shots:
